Marty Frye
Marty has over 28 years of experience in the commercial high rise real estate market in Dallas / Ft. Worth and Texas. He has serves the real estate community in positions ranging from Operations Manager, Branch Manager and Texas District Manager. He maintains countless strong relationships and is very well respected by clients from across the United States. He is currently an active member in BOMA, Downtown Security Directors Association, Infraguard (Homeland Security sponsored) and ASIS to name a few of his memberships. Overall, Marty brings a wealth of knowledge to the security industry and to iidon Security Associates.
Andy Easterling
Andy Easterling has over 28 years of experience in class-A high rise security. During his career he has served in the various capacities including director of security, quality assurance manager and district manager. Andy is an active member of ASIS, Dallas Downtown Emergency Response Team, Downtown Security Directors Association and has been a law enforcement official with a local police department since 1996. Andy joined iidon in 2005 as a senior operations manager and has remained an asset to our operations.
Larry Spencer
Larry Spencer has over 15 years of experience in the security and correctional / law enforcement industry. He began his career in the United States Army and proudly served our country for 15 years in the 82nd Airborne Division. Larry has been with iidon Security Associates since 2002. Larry has held various positions while at iidon that include Account Manager, Field Supervisor and Operations Manager.
Larry is passionate about customer service, client retention and ensuring that our employees are delivered first class service. Larry continues to be a vital component of the iidon operations team.
Joe Ocampo
Joe Ocampo is an experienced and professional Operations Manager who focuses on providing clients specialized security teams that meet the needs of each property. He has risen quickly through the ranks at iidon, beginning as an office manager, and progressing to a Training Director and currently holds an Operations Manager position. His in depth knowledge related to multiple areas of the company give him an unparalleled understanding of the iidon values and what it takes to get the job done for our clients. Joe proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years, where he gained a strong understanding of managing people, their duties and setting objectives that would meet or exceed the standards. Mr. Ocampo holds a B.S. degree in Political Science.
His military and security experience have provided Joe a critical eye that helps deliver on the iidon promise of providing industry leading security service that exceeds expectations.
Kenneth Shaw
Kenneth Shaw has over 24 years of experience in the security industry that includes specializing in physical and background investigations, high-rise complex protection, personal protection, and the administrations of detailed facets related to security management and operations. Kenneth has a strong background in business both educationally and professionally, and has a history of marrying strong business principles with his various positions that have included Site Security and Operations Manager, Employee Investigator and Security Consultant. Kenneth’s business and life philosophy is simple, “Do the very best at everything you do,” and that philosophy is a proven asset to iidon Security and our clients.
